A blast from the past

These videos I post today are from last year. We did interviews in class with 3rd level. I think it is interesting for the students and for the families to watch this beautiful and funny activity. The students look so young! I can only post "some" of the interviews because there are lots, but I can post more if you like.

Trip to the Fonix

Last saturday the 3rd of march, Lluís Xavier, his mum and the English teachers went to Barcelona to the second exam of the Fonix 2012. It was a sunny morning and there was a lot of people waiting outside the INFEC building.

Lluís Xavier was not nervous. At 12 o'clock they started the exam. And it finished at 1 p.m. He said that the exam was not very difficult. We can't wait to see the results!

The Fonix 2012

Last year our school participated in the Fonix. The Fonix is an English contest in Catalonia. Our students of 6th level have done an exam at school and the best mark has been: Lluís Xavier Bacete.

Lluís Xavier will participate in a second exam on saturday the 3rd of March in Barcelona.

We wish you good luck Lluís Xavier!!!

Carnival poster!

This week is Carnival and everyone is dressing up for this festival. We are also decorating the corridors!

Danny the storyteller

Today Danny, our language assistant, has explained a little story to the students of 1st grade. It is a story from the book and it is about Toys. Danny has shown the children big flashcards with the pictures while he was explaining the story.

The children have loved the story!

Carnival's coming

Hello everybody!

Here we are! Second term has started and the students of 4th level are getting ready for Carnival and they are studying the descriptions. We are dressing up in class with hats, wigs, fancy costumes... and we describe each other.

We also like the song "Hats Off" from the book Cool Kids 4 (Oxford).
